A big part of the percentage in commission the restaurants are paying to GrubHub, Doordash and the rest of the companies is for the platform's drivers they are sending to the restaurant. When the restaurants stop using GrubHub drivers and switch to our drivers, GrubHub will REMOVE their DELIVERY commission which is half of what the restaurants are paying in commission.

It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal each restaurant has with us. However we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.

If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancelation email with the reason why the order is cancelled. If the reason is because of our driver we will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub cover only 70%
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
