What about if your driver never shows up?
That has never happened before, but if it did, our company will cover the food cost and will credit the customer for the same amount.
How Long are you in this business?
Our partners started in 2013 in Las Vegas and we are experts in the Food Delivery Business.
What is the % Commission You charge the Restaurants?
It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal each restaurant has with us. However we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
Do you have enough drivers?
We have thousands of trained drivers everywhere in the United States. Please contact us for more info if you are not seeing your city listed bellow.
What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancelation email with the reason why the order is cancelled. If the reason is because of our driver we will cover 100% the food cost. GrubHub cover only 70%
Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
